I’m a potter living and working in Cambridge with my husband, and soon will be joined by our first child. I made wheel-thrown functional pottery as well as hand built sculptural forms.

Pottery has always attracted my attention, from ancient vases in the British Museum to studio potters like Lucie Rie and contemporary Japanese ceramists. Whenever I see some attractive pieces, I can spend hours if not days to just look at them and admire their beauty. 

Finally, in 2022, I decided to follow the people behind all those gorgeous works to become a potter. I transformed our garage into a working studio with ample light and a view of our Zen inspired garden. Creating minimal style work and using them in our daily life is what I want to achieve.
